We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep love for North African cuisine and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef, preferably with Moroccan or Mediterranean cuisine
Strong knowledge of Moroccan spices, tajines, couscous, and grill techniques
Team player with leadership ability
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Excellent communication and time-management skills
HACCP certified or willing to complete certification
